  1. The video won't play! What's wrong?

    Try downloading the latest version of Flash Player. If you are using Windows Vista, you may need to uninstall before reinstalling for it to work. Crunchyroll requires at least Flash 9.0.115 to work properly. Another thing to try is to use a different browser, like Mozilla Firefox. If your internet connection is slow or weak to our servers, the streams may not work properly, so make sure you have broadband, like cable, DSL, or fiber.

    We're currently deploying a new streaming system, so you may experience minor hiccups while we transition and test the service to various locations throughout the world.

    If you've tried everything and the video still won't play properly, you can file a bug report here.
  2. Why aren't some videos available in my region?

    While we try to get worldwide availability for all of our titles, due to the vagaries of licensing restrictions we cannot promise that every single title released on Crunchyroll will be available in all countries. Detailed territorial restrictions are displayed on each video page. We are continuously asking for more rights for more regions. Please be patient and check back for more updates!
  3. Can I change my username?

    Due to the complications it can cause, it's not possible, sorry!
  4. Can I deactivate my account?

  5. Is this site free?

    Of course! Although we do provide a premium service through our Premium Membership.
