FEATURE: Fanart Friday's First Flight!

Fan-made takes on Bleach, Harry Potter, Transformers, and more

A few months ago, CR showed this, a gigantic mural of the cast from the Harry Potter books.  It showed me something important: fanart brought the community together.  Not only did you all talk about the characters and the series of Harry Potter, but some of you tried your hand at it and showed your own art, and it got people sharing and learning from each other.

So I figure that every Friday, after a hard week of cruising Pixiv, dA, 2ch, ConceptArt, and other great art communities, I'll share new fanart that catches my eye, as well as a few older pieces you might have missed on the vast sea of the internet fanart community.  We'll run the gamut from cute to awesome to downright weird, and we'll cover characters and series from both East and West.  See how many familiar faces you can spot!

DISCLAIMER:  None of the art presented is the property of myself or Crunchyroll.  All characters and series are tm and © their respective creators and corporate owners.  All art is the creative property of their respective artists.  Any artists who wish to have their work removed from this article or be properly credited for it may contact me via my profile link at the byline, and appropriate action will be immediately taken.

With the important legal stuff out of the way, let's enjoy Fanart Friday!

So tell us what's on your mind, everybody!  What series or characters did I miss this time around that should be represented more?  Do you want more cool art?  More sexy art?  More weird Titanic parodies?  Let us know!
