"Mansai - Kochi Manga Festival" is a yearly event held in Kochi-city, Kochi Prefecture on Shikoku island. The event features various aspects of Japanese manga/anime culture. The ninth festival was held at Kochi City Culture-Plaza Cul-Port, where National High School Manga Championship of Japan is also held, on November 5-6.
Here's some photos from the second day. There were some nice cosplay events in the festival, but taking photos of the cosplayers was strictly prohibited by the event organizer unfortunately.
