The 83rd Comic Market/Comiket, the world's largest event for self-published manga (doujinshi) and other nonprofessional materials such as music CDs, games, and original goods, has been held at Tokyo Big Sight from December 29th to 31st. Many manga/game publishers and anime companies also participate in the industry booth section of the event to promote their newest titles. These are the photos from the second day, December 30th. Unfortunately, it rained all day in the Tokyo area. It was especially bad for the cosplayers who had a hard time finding photography places inside the building.

As always, Kokusai-Tenjijō Station, the nearest station to Tokyo Big Sight, was decorated with anime
flags and ads.
