The website for the three part OVA Katte ni Kaizou from anime production studio SHAFT and original author Koji Kumeta, the people who brought you Sayonara Zetsbou-sensei, has updated to include an advance look at the opening video.  The opening song, "Katte ni kaizou mo ii ze" is sung by JAM Project's Ichirou Mizuki and the band Tokusatsu.

Despite all the references to Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei in this post, Katte ni Kaizou is actually a 26 volume manga that was serialized and published before Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei had even started. Part 1 of the OVA will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on May 25th while Part 2 is schedule for June 22nd and Part 3 for August 24th. The OVAs are directed by Naoyuki Tatsuwa and "General Director" Akiyuki Shinbo, the same duo who had the helm in Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.

Also announced is that the ending will be sung by Shin☆tani Ryouko (Nami Hito in Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei) who has frequently appeared as a voice actress on other SHAFT works.

Previously, the voice cast was announced as follows:

Katsu Kaizou, the titular main character, will be played by Sakurai Takahiro.
Natori Umi, the heroine,  will be played by Kitamura Eri.   
Saizen Suzu will be be played by Toyosaki Aki
Tsubouchi Chitan will be played by Saitou Chiwa.
Yamada-san will be played by Horie Yui.
