Voice Actress Eri Kitamura Makes Solo Debut with Starchild
First single to contain the theme song to Mayochiki
The official website for the summer anime Mayochiki has annouced that Eri Kitamura will be singing the theme song "Be Starters!" It will be the first time she will be singing as a recording artist under Starchild's record label and not as a voice actress. The theme song will be included on her debut CD single. Starchild has opened a website for her which contains a brief video message from the artist herself.
Eri Kitamura's many voice roles incude Ami Kawashima in Toradora, Sayaka Miki in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Saya Otonashi in Blood+ and Yui in Angel Beats! The majority of her previous singing work has been credited as the character she plays in the show, such as being credited as Ami Kawashima in the theme songs to Toradora!
