Growlanser IV: Wayfarer of Time is ancient by Internet standards. Atlus originally released the Japan-only Strategy-RPG on Playstation 2 in 2003, and now they're gearing up for the release of a PSP remake. Check out the promotional video below.
Famitsu originally posted the following trailer along with a new preview showing off additions that make the remake something special. Growlanser IV Over Reloaded has over 40 endings, and includes a mode that lets players keep track of how many they've unlocked.
Over Reloaded also adds two new characters, Magnus and Pamela, complete with their own original stories. No word on whether or not this remake will make it to North America, but it certainly wouldn't be the first time we've gotten some localized Growlanser action.
Not to be outdone by other SRPGs turned anime, Growlanser IV had an OVA produced in 2005. It was directed, interestingly enough, by Masahiko Murata, who made headlines earlier today thanks to the trailer released for Naruto Shippuden: Blood Prison.
