Successful pop idol group Arashi stars in a new film entitled "Message From Japan". The video began airing across the globe in an effort to increase tourism in Japan. It's airing in over 133 countries and regions including Seoul, London and the outdoor jumbo tron in Times Square. Japan is still trying to rebuild four months after suffering from devastating earthquakes, tsunamis and an ongoing nuclear crisis.
With over ten years in the business, Arashi saw a resurgence in their careers starting in 2007. In 2009, they became the first artist to play the National Olympic Stadium in Tokyo for three consecutive nights. After selling over 500,000 copies for two consecutive singles, they became the first group to accomplish this task in seven years. They monopolized the charts on numerous occasions and won the Japan Gold Disc Award for "Artist of the Year" two years in a row. Their 2011 song, "Troublemaker" won Billboard Japan's Hot 100 of the Year and Hot 100 Singles Sales of the Year. Since their return to the spotlight in 2007, they've dominated every category in the Japan Gold Disc Awards, receiving over 22 awards total.
