Atlus Offers Free Soundtrack CD with Persona 2

Publisher encourages fans to pre-order due to limited supply

This is one of those pre-order pushes completely unlike the kind you get bullied into whenever you call up/walk into Gamestop. Persona 2: Innocent Sin ain't exactly Modern Warfare 3 as far as supplies go, and Atlus is offering free soundtrack CDs with every copy to sweeten the purchase.

As you can see from the image below, Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 2: Innocent Sin is a nice looking package. As the only entry in the Persona series never released outside of Japan, it's no doubt a highly coveted release for fans. The included mini-soundtrack CD features 10 tracks from the game's musical score.

Composer Shoji Meguro (Persona 3 FES, Persona 4, Catherine) has completely redone the soundtrack for the PSP remaster, keeping the feel of the score intact while enhancing it for the superior audio technology of Sony's portable.

SMT: Persona 2: Innocent Sin is scheduled for a Fall release in North America.

Bwah! best games ever, looking forward to finally being able to play the north american release. ^^
Atlus is including a CD soundtrack with one of there games!!! Might as well say the sun is going to rise tomorrow. lol. Actually I'm always pleased with Atlus's game releases. They really know how to cater to there fans. I bought Persona portable (which also included a soundtrack CD), and I'll be pre-ordering this one as well.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOH MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH BWAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!
Gamestop arent being bullies when they tell you about pre orders they are required to tell you about them, it is there job and if they dont they get fired. It is essential to there bussiness as well, they judge quantities to ship to that store based on pre orders. Take catherine for instance, atlus games never get alot of pre orders and so they never ship many copies to the stores because of it but come release day no one that got the game unless it was pre ordered, some stores didnt even get all there pre orders because of limited quantities. Atlus never make a ton of copies to begine with so pre ordering these titles are very important because they may never get "extra" copies period.

Also most of there bonuses are not to just scoff at. If your for sure picking up a game, why not put a $5 deposit and get free stuff.

And a soundtrack...really...just about every atlus, nis and xseed game comes with a soundtrack if you pre ordered, it isnt really that special. People should really think about what they say before bashing someone in a post that they clearly know nothing about.
I SO CANT WAIT FOR THIS CAME TO COME OUT. must preorder D8<
@Ilfirin

You work at Gamestop don't you? While I understand they need to gauge demand for a game through pre-orders they are still very pushy regardless of whether or not it is policy. It may not be the employee's fault, but it sure is Gamestop's if that is their policy.
Only some people are pushy about it. A lot of my experience with preordering at gamestop, they're not very pushy about it. 'Oh, you're buying this game? Awesome game. Also, did you know that there's another game coming out in a couple months that's a lot like this one? Would you like to pre-order that while you're here?" Sometimes, those preorders come as a shock to me, so I'm glad it's policy to mention them.

If you have encountered pushy salespeople, either it's because you took it that way, or because the people who you encountered just *were* pushy, cause I've never had any complaints about gamestop in that regard.
That case cover gives me chills. I can't *wait* for this game :D
