A Look at Masakazu Katsura's "Tiger & Bunny" One Shot and News of More T&B Manga

New Manga Series Planned

Relationship comedy manga writer (Video Girl Ai, I"s,DNA^2) and superhero comics fan Masakazu Katsura has made a number of contributions to hit superhero anime Tiger & Bunny, designing characters, illustrating the DVD release art, and working on the openings and ending.  Now, Weekly Young Jump has published his Tiger and Bunny one-shot manga, "In Unity There is Strength."

 

 

 

 

 

Anime News Network reports Kadokawa Shoten's monthly manga magazines Gundam Ace and Newtype are collaborating to release the new manga magazine Newtype Ace on September 10.  The anthology will feature anime based manga including Tiger & Bunny, Minoru Murao's new Last Exile series, Sacred Seven, Blood-C, and Towa no Quon.

 

Hiroshi Ueda (Full Metal Panic! Sigma, The Story of Beijing Opera) is launching still another Tiger & Bunny manga series in Shueisha's Miracle Jump magazine in October.

oh...the art looks like it can only support the comedic part of T&B :/
it doesn't look like it could fit the action packed part of the series. i wouldnt know unless i read the thing which i hope i can

If it's Katsura, action should be more than covered. He's also the one who created Zetman afterall, and no one could argue that that's not action packed. Rest easy. :)

I too love tiger and bunny. You can find it streaming on other places but I hope it comes here eventually.
