Weekly Magazine "Gundam Perfect File" Starts in September
180 issues and 5,000 pages
DeAGOSTINI Japan announced today that they will start publishing a weekly magazine "The Official Gundam Perfect File" on September 20. The magazine features all of the Gundam series which has more than 30 years history. They plan to release 180 issues, and the total pages will be 5,000.
The 36-pages weekly magazine covers from the first series "Mobile Suit Gundam" (1979) to the up-coming "Mobile Suit Gundam AGE", which is scheduled to be started on October 9 this year. The special price for the first issue is 290 yen (US$3.77) and the regular issue's is 590 yen (US$7.68).

I hope to see this get localized. That much reading might be a bit of a gauntlet for learning kanji.

Viz I believe had plans to update the old Animerica Gundam Official Guide but they never went through with it. Since they never did that maybe they should try to localize this.
