It's only a month until a new Mario game lands on the Nintendo 3DS, with Super Mario 3D Land hitting Japan on November 3rd and North America on the 13th. Designer Shigeru Miyamoto describes it as a "3D Mario that plays as a 2D Mario game," where the popular plumber side-scrolls through adventures, picking up new power ups as well as returning favorites like the tanooki suit.
