This year's fifth issue of Shueisha's bi-monthly Miracle Jump hits Japanese manga sellers on October 11th, and debuts a new Tiger & Bunny manga illustrated by Hiroshi Ueda (Full Metal Panic Sigma), with writing from anime series contributor Erika Yoshida. Masakazu Katsura, the I"s manga author who provided character design for the series, contributed a cover featuring super heroine Blue Rose.
