Hulu Plus Coming Soon to Nintendo Wii and 3DS

Nintendo also adding ability to record 3D videos

Nintendo held another 3DS press conference in Japan this morning, and as a result a few fresh announcements for its platforms have surfaced. One concerns Hulu Plus, which will be making its way to Nintendo Wii and Nintendo 3DS by the end of the year.

The service will allow Hulu subscribers on Wii and 3DS to stream thousands of TV episodes, and is priced at $7.99 per month with limited advertising.

Also announced was a 3DS system update which, among other things, introduces 3D video capture. Users can record up to 10 minutes of 3D video and create their own stop-motion animation videos.

The update also adds new puzzles to the StreetPass Mii Plaza and a new dungeon to Find Mii. It's scheduled to hit the system at the end of November. More info on these and other features can be found in Nintendo's press release
