Disney Princesses Made Real, Thanks to Talented Artist

My requests for Jessica Rabbit are completely valid

I am about to say the least manly thing I've ever published on Crunchyroll: I love Disney Princesses.  I like what they represent, a purity of character and classic design.  Apparently, graphic arts student and blogger Jirka appreciates them just as much as I do, as evidenced by these beautiful photo manipulations.

aurora

esmeralda

ariel

belle

mulan

ursula

pocahontas

megara

jasmine

One of these things is not like the others; one of these things does not belong.  Crazy voice-stealing psychopaths aside, Mulan is Jirka's most recent piece, but I'd love to see more.  What about you?  Any characters you'd like to see in this style?

Some of them still look cartoony but I guess that just facial structure and design in play. Otherwise its amazing.
Don't like the Little Mermaid one, she looks off and looks way too young.

The 2nd last one is my favourite (can't figure out who she is though).
I think that's Meg from Hercules.
Yea, that would be my guess.
That is the gypsy lady from Hunchback of Notredam
O woops, sorry, second from the last, yes that's meg
She is from Hercules.
She's supposed to look young, at least the little mermaid, she was only fifteen in the movie.
Gorgeous pieces of work. The dude is talented. <3
Pretty amazing !!! and Cool !!!!
That is AMAZING! :D
Seriously gorgeous<333
Great art, but far from what I'd call real. Ironically the Ursala picture is the most realistic looking since the makeup masks the odd proportions. Most of them have eyes separated too widely which gives a cartoon look. As a rule of thumb the distance between eyes will be the same length of an eye.
What are you talking about? I'm an artist myself and the eye seperation is right on.
These are really beautiful! wow
I think they look pretty, but i really like Princess Jasmine and Esmeralda!
doesn't pocahontas look like tia carrere?
Dido! My thoughts exactly.
She's a Disney girl anyway, she's the voice of Nani on "Lilo & Stitch."
Yeah, I thought so, too!
Just what I was thinking!
very accurate and BEAUTIFUL portrals. The Little Mermaid was a 16-year-old so I'd say she looks about that. She probably seems younger because of the rosy cheeks, which is what rosy cheeks are meant to do.

Meg looks drunk, but I think that's just how she looks... that's just her face. She looks awesome :D

As far as what they symbolize, agreed. I know there are several feminist anti-Disney princess arguments out there but how can you say Mulan and Pocahontas weren't strong female role models (putting their cultural pressures/"the times" aside)
Impressive.
I don't know who is the first one, but I think it's aurora a.k.a. Sleeping Beauty.
I would love to see the complete Disney real looking characters like the guys for example.

FOR YOU.
Jasmine was the most impressive and beautiful rendition. The skimpy red head wearing pink followed then surprisingly the elderly woman who wants some.
ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!
My sister wants to see the "prince" version, now.

But I'm fine.
Actually, I agree with her. [I'm no fan of the Princesses or the Princes, nor do I particularly dislike them] Since most of the Princes are - as I remember - almost identical, I'd like to see a bit of everyone's personality [if such thing exists :)) ]
XD I'm impressed that even that Little Mermaid villian was done, and equally impressively so. Indeed it's impressive how these came out, certainly the artist's goal was achieved.
Pocahontas and Mulan. <3
Holy snap, Ursula is going to give me nightmares.
Both Belle and Jasmine are definitely my favourites. The others are not that impressive.
Yea was going to say belle and jasmine myself! Though belle takes the cake.
why is ursula doing there?
Wow he managed to make Ursula look even more like my mother-in-law.
How in the hell is Ursula a Disney "princess"?!
I would assume that's why the pictures are followed by this sentence: "One of these things is not like the others; one of these things does not belong."
i. dont. kno. but i think she looks pretty legit :)
That Ursula one is the best.
lol when i first read about this i was all like "COSPLAY DUUUH!" then i saw it and was like " OH SHYT boy was i wrong this is AWESOME MAN!" .....lesson learned -_- haha
I'd love to see the guys done! Mulan and Pocahontas didn't come out so well, I thought.
Meg looks pretty weird, too.
Yep~ Mulan definitely looked weird.
I really love them all, coming from a huge Disney Princess fangirl herself :)
Ursula is a Disney Princess? :o
Wow! Impressive, amazing art work!
For someone like myself with no artistic ability to speak of, I think this is some amazing work. My favorites are Esmerelda and Pocahontas. I do want to know why Snow White isn't among the Disney princesses?
Why did they not do The princess and the frog she is a princess.... Jasmine looks like Kim
All of them look awesome but my favorite is pocahontas
Am I the only one who finds these kinda scary?
Meg and Mulan are hot!
Jasmine looks like Kim Kardashian..
amazing O__O
woahh this is SO awesome @ w @
Last one looks like kim kardashian
