Internet parody/effects artist Freddie Wong attempted to raise money for feature length webseries Video Game High School with the promise to produce a renactment of Dragon Ball Z's classic "Over 9000" moment for a pledge of $9,001. Since nobody pledged $9,001 and the demand for this video was so high, Wong decided to create it and release it to the internet anyway.
