In the run up to the April premiere of the live-action adaptation of the Thermae Romae comedy manga and the confirmation of the anime adaptation earlier last week via the Comic Beam front cover, a new website opened earlier today confirming even more details about the anime adaptation.

First, the anime adaptation will consist of three episodes that will begin airing on January 12th as part of the highly vaunted noitaminA anime block, which explains the previously scheduled Black Rock Shooter on TV getting bumped to the first week of February, with secondary confirmation coming from the previously mentioned Comic Beam issue, which confirmed the block placement and episode length in the magazine.
With the three episode run of the anime adaptation being scheduled well after UN-GO, my guess is that the tie-in is supposed to serve as a preview for the live-action film. That being said, anyone curious to see what the show is going to look like?
Special thanks to our own Mikikazu Komatsu for the additional Comic Beam info.
