"Fate/zero" and "Type-Moon" Figure Roundup

First Half of 2012 Brings Plenty More Saber Figures

With the first season of Fate/zero concluding, its a good time to look ahead to the figures due out in the first half on 2012. The final version of Motored Cuirassier has been revealed while Branpresto has whole bunch of Saber and Irisviel  due out. The Carnival Phantasm version of Arcueid from Fate's Type-Moon sibling Tsukihime.

The final version of Good Smile Company's long teased 1/8th scale Fate/zero Saber with Saber Motored Cuirassier has final been revealed, with figure retailers taking pre-orders for the figure's May release for ¥13,900.



Goodsmile's customized YAMAHA V-Max motorcycle, fullsized version of the Saber's ride was also showcased in a new video during its appearence at the Matsudo Good Smile Café e


There are also early shots on Branpresto's 2012 Fate/zero figures, with SQ Figure series, Kyun-Chara series of figures, and general prize figures in the works.

From the SQ Figure series there will be the Saber Fate/zero ver. figure depicting her in her armor from the title, due in May. DX Figure include Saber and Irisviel von Einzbern dressed in suits. The Chibi Kyun-Charawill offer suited Saber, Irisviel, and little Rin. No release date was indicated on the latter two.

See how these are all the cheaper figures, I guess it's still something for those who prefer the budget figures.


Fate/zero is a prequel to Type-Moon's visual novel Fate/stay night, and with Type-Moon celebrating their 10th anniversary with goofy Carnival Phantasm, a Phantasmoon Eclipse figma has been revealed.
