See what was up at Comiket in 1986

"I have free time until the first train of the day, so I'll upload a Comiket catalog from 25 years ago," says the message board poster who shared this time capsule. Here are the pictures:

 

Comiket 30 (summer) on the right and 31 (winter) on the left.





It was held at the Tokyo Ryutsu Center that year. These days it's held at Tokyo Big Sight.

You can see more and click through to larger images over at Otanews. It's hard to make out much, so these pics are really only good for overall impression and atmosphere, but it's still interesting to see how Comiket was in the 80s, don't you think?
