First Sign of Overseas Plans for "One Piece: Pirate Musou"

International name for One Piece Musou game trademarked in Europe

Tecmo Koei's Romance of the Three Kingdoms hack and slash Shin Sangokumusou became Dynasty Warriors when internationalized. Sengoku Musou became Samurai Warriors, Musou Orochi became Warriors Orochi. After that, the formula got a bit twisted. Gundam Musou became Dynasty Warriors: Gundam, while Hokuto Musou dropped the branding and became Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage. One Piece: Pirate Musou is apparently headed overseas, apparently as One Piece: Pirate Warriors.

 

Silconera has noticed that Namco Bandai / Tecmo Koei  have registered a One Piece: Pirate Warriors trademark in Europe. The game is out on PS3 March 1st in Japan.

If it comes out in Europe, probably it'll come out in other parts of the world(it's hard to skip America as a market). :D Otherwise it'll probably be in English anyways, so importing is possible.
