Senki Zesshō Symphogear is a new 2012 winter TV anime which started airing in Japan on January 6. The full promotion video for the OP theme "Synchrogazer" performed by Nana Mizuki has been posted in the web. The song is her 26th single and she also plays the voice for the main character of the series Tsubasa Kazanari, one of the pair idols who use Symphogear armor to fight against aliens known as Noise. The single will be available in Japan on January 11.

Whoever they hired to compose the song, they sure outdid themselves. Most impressive thing I heard since Scarlet Knight. Blood-C ED was such a disappointment...

first episode of the series surprised the heck out of me, some really amazing stuff. Looking forward to more of it. Lot darker than I expect for something who's basic premise is Pop Idols vs. Aliens
