"Gokujyo" On Air Date Announced

And only a small portion of Japan can watch it starting in January

The website of Grand Jump, the magazine which now serializes Maya Miyazaki's Gokujyo manga, has finally announced what is going on with the Gokujo anime that had been announced in September, and then never heard from again. Gokujyo will premiere on January 16th in Japan. It will be a 5 minute animated segment which will air on during SKE48 no Sekai Seifuku Joshi, which airs exclusively on Chuukyou TV (CTV).

However, CTV only broadcasts in the area surrounding Nagoya, specifically Aichi, Gifu, and Mie prefectures, so for the rest of Japan, it will be streamed for free on DMM.com starting on January 30th.

Issue number 5 of Grand Jump, on sale 1/18, will finally provide the more details about the anime.
