Nobody really knew what to think when Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition—or PokéNaga, as we affectionately refer to it—was first announced, but perhaps the newly unveiled official trailer will shed more light on the action. Despite a similar opening, the content within was shown at the Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition press conference in Japan, and is different from the trailer released in December.
This unexpected period piece strategy-RPG take on Nintendo's catch-em-all franchise is due out on Nintendo DS in Japan on March 17.
