VIDEO: Second Trailer for PS3 Game "One Piece: Pirate Warriors"

Bandai Namco updated the One Piece: Pirate Warriors ("Kaizoku Musou") official site with a shiny new trailer for the PS3 game:

 

 

More characters, more throwdown. Japan is counting down to March 1st, and Europe seems on its way to a release date, but will North America get One Piece: Pirate Warriors?

They said it will cover all of the first half of One Piece. That means it will cover Impel Down and the war.

Given Koei's track record, a North American release is not at all unlikely. They brought their Fist of the North Star game over (albeit ten months later)--why should this be any different?

Those other Cruise and whatever games were okay, but this is a remind of why Great Adventure was so awesome ~

I really hope this makes its way over here too..

Wow, I just got through watching those exact episodes a few days ago, everything looks the same expect the 3d effect hehe. I would love to play!

although at first the 'Story" looks plein weird to me. The 3d style is totaly different from the anime or manga. The battlescenes however make my blood chill AWESOME. Too bad i don't owe a PS3 -_-

Fighting style and level layout makes me think of the Naruto game and DBZ. Still looks fun though.

Seems like a no brainer to release this in NA but Koei has been making some dumb decisions lately as far as localizations, such as the decision to not release Samurai Warriors 3 for PS3 because it sold poorly on a system that none of its fanbase is located on (Wii) so I don't know.

Oh look, someone who only cares about top of the line graphics, unable to really appreciate the fun of a game.

Besides, the graphics honestly suit One Piece, considering the series can be rather cartoony and colorful.

I have to agree to some point. It looked kind of like the 1st Xbox's graphics, not even as good as the Wii. But I'm guessing they were going for that sort of thing?

Why does all anime inspired games, have low quality graphics. Would have been even more awesome with some real quality textures and physics. or is it low budget? Ill prolly still buy it tough.

I liked the character animations. But there was a distinct difference between the clarity of them and that of the background. Is this common in PS3 games? I toy with the idea of getting a PS3 from time to time. We already have xbox. Art and story are big factors for me as well as game play.
