Evangelion's 6th Angel Reproduced in Glass

Who wants one for $163?

khara and the Evangelion Store have worked with Hokkaido's Otaru Taisho Glass Museum to produce a crystal reproduction of Evangelion's 6th angel, Ramiel. This latest item in Evangelion's ever odd assortment of merchandise, has a 96.4mm diameter, and will ship in April for 12,600yen ($163).

actually the most boring angel was the one that drilled down and dripped acid down the hole it dug. i like this one, this guy had to be taken out by a precision sniper shot instead of just charging in blindly with the EVA, stick the knife in and hope for the best. all of the angels had their good and bad parts but you're supposed to see the potential of these creatures to overtake and replace humanity. not that they actually succeed but you know full well what they are capable of. Gainax shows are often worth a second or third look.

Damn it, I kinda want it but you know, the problem of where to get it, shipping and handling and stuff. I also wanted one of those evangelion shirts from their store, but can’t buy any since those problems would pop up again...

Nothing against the crafters cause It's cool that they could make something like that, but this particular angel is one of the most basic in the show and is proof of how low the animation budgets was in NGE.
