It's just a zombie FPS.
There are no significant puzzles, There are no "AHHH zombie dog's!" smashing through windows and most important of all there is no feeling of HOLY SHIT! i don't want to open that door, run down that corridor or the music has changed.. oh god why am i playing this at night with the lights off moments.
Closest thing you get to a survival horror now is Silent Hill or to some extent Heavy Rain.
aorry for sounding bitter. but i really miss good resident evil games.
