Next Generation Evangelion Phone Revealed
New SH-06D will offer smartphone features
The SH-06A NERV phone was pretty cute when it was released in 2009, and it did boast a 10 megapixel camera, but it's time for Evangelion phones to step up into the age of the ubiquitous iPhone. NTT DOCOMO will now cater to consumers who want to look like a NERV agent and have access to smartphone features with the SH-06D.
The new phone will be shown at the Anime Content Expo at the end of the month before going on sale in June.

The old SH-06A NERV, which had a 3.3 inch LCD with touch panel and full-width VGA high-resolution 10 megapixel camera.
