VIDEO: Sega Hints at "Shenmue" and "Skies of Arcadia" HD

Jet Set Radio HD interview gives hope for more classics

Website Game Reactor conducted an interview with Sega's Associate Brand Manager, Ben Harborne, during the Game Developers Conference. As interesting as their chat on Jet Set Radio is, further comments should spark some excitement for more HD releases of Dreamcast classics, including Shenmue and Skies of Arcadia

If you want to ditch the bread and go right for the meat, skip to about 7:15 below. While this is still some outer space level speculation, Shenmue and Skies of Arcadia are mentioned as the most hotly requested, and Harborne says, "I can't say yes or no, but we may be working on them."

Hopefully you didn't totally ditch the JSR stuff, because there are a few interesting details divulged, such as the addition of full camera control, and the fact that 70% of the original Japanese soundtrack is currently confirmed. Hopefully they'll be able to lock down that other 30% before its summer release.

What would your most requested Dreamcast titles be for an HD upgrade?
