Yoshiki Nakamura's shoujo manga Skip Beat is about to celebrate a triple landmark - 10 years, 30 volumes, and 10 million copies sold. It'd be nice to add a new season of the Skip Beat anime to this. Anime writers get asked if and when that's coming, and while that doesn't seem to be on the agenda at the moment, there is an amusing poster campaign to go with volume 30. Amusing in that it's middle-aged entertainment reporter Noriko Shoji presenting a manga primiarly read by 13-18 year old girls.
