Transformers: War for Cybertron was an old-school Transformers fan's dream come true--featuring classic-styled designs for the Autobots and Decepticons, as well as classic character voices, it was an intense, honest action game that delivered the goods with only a few (admittedly minor) problems.
High Moon Studios lets you continue the battle with the upcoming Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, and shows off the game and plenty of characters (including a quick look at Grimlock!) with this cinematic trailer.
War for Cybertron was my dream Transformers game, and Fall of Cybertron looks even better, so all I have to hope for now are the following:
-A ThunderCats game using either the old or new designs that plays like Dynasty Warriors--motion controls for powering up the Sword of Omens, please
-A classic-styled G.I. Joe game that plays like either Jagged Alliance or Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars
-A SilverHawks game that plays like Vanquish, but in space
-A Gargoyles game that switches between a Batman: Arkham City-style beat-'em-up as the Gargoyles themselves, and Uncharted-style shooting and platforming as Elisa
What about you? Are you looking forward to Transformers: Fall of Cybertron? What are some other old-school properties you'd want to see in video game form?
