"JoJo's Bizarre Aventure" Author Collects Manga Biographies of Western Eccentrics

Subjects include Ty Cobb, the Collyer brothers, Nikola Tesla, and more

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure author Hirohiko Araki has illustrated a new pair of covers for a collection of his non-fiction collaboration with Hirohisa Onikubo (an author who typically does hentai work), Henjin Henkutsu Retsuden, or the Lives of Eccentrics. Subjects include notorious baseball player Ty Cobb, hoarders the Collyer brothers, and inventor Nikola Tesla.

The reversible covers feature Typhoid Mary, the first person in America to carry the typhoid pathogen, and Sarah Winchester, the widow of Winchester gun magnate, whose perpetually under construction mansion has become known as the Winchester Mystery House.

While the Tesla biography was originally published in 1989, most of the entries were published in Ultra Jump in the early 2000s.
