VIDEO: "Ghost in the Shell" Director Tapped for "Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor Gosha" Trailer

Feature film director shot new trailer on location in Poland according to teaser

In order to really drive the point home on just how big of a deal Capcom wants the new Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor game to be, they've enlisted the help of director Mamoru Oshii to direct its forthcoming trailer for the game and even went as far as shooting it on location in Poland to get the point across in a new teaser trailer released today in Europe. The new trailer will be titled Steel Battalion Heavy Armor: Gosha and is set in the Polish town, with the story of the Polish captain leading his own VT squad linking the game and the short together.

Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor is being set in the US as the new story involves the country fighting off a Chinese invasion. It will be released on June 19th in North America and the 22nd in Europe. Our previous coverage of the game focused on the story trailers and motion controls, so have a look at those if you haven't already.
