Busou Shinki Action Figure Line Gets TV Anime

With character designs by the same artist from "Madoka Magica"

Busou Shinki, a line of action figures from Konami Digital Entertainment, is getting a TV anime series. The figures are known for their highly posable nature thanks to their MMS (Multi Movable System). Although the online portal/game Shinki Net closed down in January of this year, the 10 episode downloadable anime (a tie-in to the second PSP game) must have done ok. The TBS homepage lists some staff members for the new project...

Direction: Yasuhito Kikuchi (Infinite Stratos, Macross F)

Series Composition: Masahiro Yokotani (Beelzebub, Maria Holic: Alive)

Character Designs: Takahiro Kishida (Durarara!!, Puella Magi Madoka Magica) & Ryōma Ebata (work on Madoka, Macross F)

Animation: eight bit (Aquarion Evol, Infinite Stratos)
