International Artists Invited to Enter SUNTORY C.C. Lemon Mascot Illustration Contest

Japanese online art community Pixiv has posted the English rules and an international invitation for entries in the "SUNTORY C.C. Lemon Character Mascot Illustration Contest." Design a mascot for Suntory's new lemon drink and you can win ¥200,000 ($2,500), a C.C. lemon can featuring your artwork, reproduction of the image on billboards, promo material at Comiket 82, and a year's supply of the drink.

【Contest Period】
Monday, May 28, 2012 ~ Monday, June 25, 23：59 (Japan Standard Time)

【Participation Method】
The theme for this contest is "C.C.Lemon".
We will be looking for character designs based on C.C.Lemon as the theme of the contest.

【Submission Format】
There is no size limit for web submission.
You may enter as may times as you wish, but each entry must be unique.

※ All winning contestants will be required to submit a high resolution
version of your submitted entry.
※ All submissions are to be revolved around original character designs
for C.C.Lemon only.
※ Please use the following tag, "C.C.レモン擬人化イラコン" when
submitting your entry. Entries without the tags attached will be not be
counted as entries.
※ Please avoid drawing lemon slices on your illustration. The
winning submission may be required to be cropped or altered to adhere to
the laws and regulations governing posters and billboards.

【Selection Method】
A strict selection process will be used to determine the contest winners.

■ Most Prestigious Award (1 Winner)
・ ¥200,000 in prize money
・ The winner will be presented an original C.C.Lemon can featuring their
winning artwork.
・ The selected work will also appear in promotional billboards for C.C.Lemon, as
well as appearing in promotional material at Comiket 82.
・ A year's supply of C.C.Lemon (500ml bottles)

■ Excellence Award (3 winners)
・ ¥50,000 in prize money
・ The winner will be presented an original C.C.Lemon can featuring their
winning artwork.
・ The selected works will appear in promotional billboards for C.C.Lemon,
as well as appearing in promotional material at Comiket 82.
・ A case of C.C.Lemon (500ml bottles)

■ Official C.C. Lemon Official App Character Award (1 Winner)
・ ¥200,000 in prize money
・ The selected work will be featured as the official mascot character for a
C.C.Lemon App, as well as appearing in promotional material at Comiket 82.
・ A case of C.C.レモン (500ml bottles)
・ The winner will be presented an original C.C.Lemon can featuring their
winning artwork.

■ Selected Works (200 Winners)
・The winner will be presented an original C.C.Lemon can featuring their
