VIDEO: New Fighting Game "Injustice: Gods Among Us" Features DC Heroes and Villains

Batman, Flash and more take on the forces of evil in early 2013

It's saying something that the 2011 reboot of Mortal Kombat was good. Like, not even just "good for Mortal Kombat," it was a solid and fun fighter with a wealth of single-player content to go with its surprisingly competitive gameplay.

NetherRealm's next fighter brings us back to the DC Universe, but unlike the 2008 flop Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, this doesn't look half bad. Titled Injustice: Gods Among Us, the game features famous heroes and villains from DC's library fighting it out in chaotic multi-tiered battles reminiscent of Dead or Alive 5's switch to "fighting entertainment."

Injustice: Gods Among Us is set to release on PS3, 360, and Wii U in early 2013. So far, the roster includes Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Solomon Grundy, and... Harley Quinn? What the hell is she doing in this crowd? While I hold out hope for Power Girl, Nightwing, and Blue Beetle, who do you want to see in this DC-only fighting game? What do you think about what we've seen so far?
