One Piece Exhibition Tickets Sold Out One Week before Closing

Over 400,000 visitors in three months

ONE PIECE Exhibition which has been held at the Mori Art Center Gallery in Tokyo sold all the advance ticket on June 9, one week left until the closing on June 17. Accordingly, they ended selling the same day tickets. The number of visitors reached 100,000 on April 6 (10 days after the opening), 200,000 on April 27 (39 days), 300,000 on May 17 (59 days), 400,000 on June 4 (77 days), and still growing.


The exhibition has been held as a part of the fifteen-year anniversary of the manga's serialization on Weekly Shonen Jump. It is supervised by the original creator of the manga, Eiichiro Oda himself and features 100 pieces of original artwork, life-sized replica models of the Straw Hat Pirates and other interactive attractions.
