"Okami" Heads to PS3 with HD Visuals, Move Support
Remastered version due out on November 1 in Japan
Okami—originally developed by the now defunct Clover Studio and released on PlayStation 2 in 2006—is headed to PlayStation 3 with enhanced visuals and Move support. The HD version of the gorgeous Capcom action game is due out in Japan on November 1.
Directed by Hideki Kamiya (Devil May Cry, Bayonetta), Okami was previously ported to Nintendo Wii with motion-control enhancements. The remastered, 1080p PlayStation 3 version is titled Okami Zekkei-ban (大神絶景版), or Okami Superb Version, and will be priced at ¥3,990 (about $50).
Hopefully we'll get a taste of Okami in HD outside of Japan eventually! Would anyone pick this up?
