New Art by "Bakuman" Manga Author
Death Note and Bakuman's author Obata Takeshi's latest beautiful artwork is on the other side of the jump!
Obata Takeshi, best known for his work on the manga Death Note and Bakuman, had his latest illustration debuted at a live event on the 18th. It's an original illustration drawn for the work Kuriyama Chiaki's Shingetsu Roudokukan.
The illustration is for a web series in which actress Kuriyama Chiaki does a reading of the Shingetsu ("New Moon") light novels every new moon. Her readings are broadcast by Saizensen, a website run by the company Seikaisha.
