Sega Reveals "Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed" Bonus Edition

Includes Outrun track, Metal Sonic character, and more

For those not content with purchasing the standard Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, Sega announced a Bonus Edition that offers a couple stand-out incentives. In addition to a new OutRun Bay track, the Bonus version also adds Metal Sonic to the roster.

OutRun Bay is, naturally, inspired by Sega's classic arcade racer OutRun. The track has all the standard race modes found on other tracks in the game, as well as track-specific challenges and time trials. Metal Sonic joins the race via the Metal Sonic Mod Pack, blazing through the tracks in a prototype levitation vehicle that was "crafted purely to race - and race it must!"

The Bonus Edition also comes with an Emoticon Sticker Pack, which, along with the other collectibles, can be found throughout the game as rewards for skillful play, high scores, and so on.

The Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Bonus Edition will be available as a pre-order while supplies last. The racer drops on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita on November 20.
