Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers originally debuted on Sega Saturn in 1997, and was later ported to PlayStation in 1999. Now a remake is on its way to Nintendo 3DS in Japan, with full dialogue voicing, new battle animation, and an anime opening by Satelight. Atlus has a new three-minute promotional clip showcasing some of the story, gameplay summons, characters, and bits of animation. Check it out below.
The clip also shows the included Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers Arrange Soundtrack from the Atlus sound team and, if you wait a bit at the end, the promise of the first trailer for Shin Megami Tensei IV.
Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers comes out in Japan on August 30 for ¥6,279 ($80).
