Sony Adds "DmC" Dante, More to "PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale"

Other series repped include Ape Escape, LittleBigPlanet, and Ratchet & Clank

Sony confirmed a handful of new character additions to the roster of Smash Bros.-esque brawler PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale at GamesCom. The latest official contenders are Dante (DmC Devil May Cry's version, at least), Ape Escape's Spike, LittleBigPlanet's Sackboy, and the titular heroes of Ratchet & Clank.

There were also some leaks at Sony's official site for the game recently, but they were removed shortly after being spotted. The rumored additions that didn't make it to the official confirmation included Metal Gear Rising's Raiden, Ninja Gaiden's Ryu Hayabusa, and Jin and Kazuya from Tekken

It's fun to speculate on the latter characters, but what do you think of those that have been confirmed? We'll see how well they all play together when PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale lands on PS3 and PS Vita in North America on November 20, a slight delay from the previously announced October 23 date.
