While the phonetic simularities made the parody inevitable, it look a whole bunch of work for KatsuhonoProduction to perfect their mecha parody of Korean dance pop music and internet meme sensation "Gangnam Style."
Debuting this July, the original "Gangnam Style" is the work of Korean pop singer Park Jae Sung, aka PSY.
The YouTube video of his horse riding inspired dance... pushing 33 million views.
The official description points out "the song is characterized by its strongly addictive beats and lyrics, and is thus certain to penetrate the foundations of modern philosophy."
