VIDEO: "Kira Kira 5th Anniversary Live Anime Kick Start Generation" Preview
New CD/OVA spin-off on game slated for later this year
Overdrive's Kira☆Kira was an adult visual novel about a Catholic's school's second literary club who form a rock band to save their church (according to @Furbysbadday it's actually more about leaving a memory of the soon to be disbanded club) and who eventually convinced to take their music to the next step by touring Japan in an old van. With a new music CD/OVA is slated to be released later this year, Media Factory has offered a preview.
Lantis and SILVER LINK produced the OVA/CD package, which features bands from the game including Dai Ni Bungeibu and DEARDOROPS and four new songs.
