"Tokyo Jungle" Goes Wild in North America on September 25

Sony dates the PSN download and prices it at $14.99

Sony confirmed plans to localize Tokyo Jungle back in June, and now we have a concrete date and price point for the PlayStation Network-bound oddity. The streets of Tokyo will run wild with over 50 playable animals on September 25 for $14.99.

Tokyo Jungle takes place in a post-apocalyptic Tokyo overrun with animals fighting to survive. Players can take control of wildlife ranging from Pomeranians to Lions and beyond as they unravel the mystery of mankind's disappearance in Story Mode. There's also a Survival Mode, as well as a bunch of different playable animals and costumes that can be unlocked with survival points.

Anyone plan on trying Tokyo Jungle when it hits PSN? The price is certainly cheaper than it was when it debuted in Japan for ¥3,900 (about $49).
