Tales of Xillia 2 is due out on PS3 in Japan on November 1, and Namco Bandai is making sure no one forgets it. The publisher tossed a bunch of new clips online, mixing in a bit of character introduction, a healthy dose of battles, and a little bonus costume flaunting for good measure.
The first clip reintroduces Rowen J. Ilbert, who was playable in Tales of Xillia and returns here to negotiate a peace treaty as the Prime Minister of Liese Maxia.
A quick clip of Rowen fighting alongside Ludger in battle:
The next one shows Ludger dressed up like Emil from Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, a Nintendo Wii follow-up to Tales of Symphonia originally released in 2008. A code for the costume comes packed with first print copies of Xillia 2.

While Japan eagerly awaits Tales of Xillia 2, we can look forward to playing the first game in North America next year.
