TED (Technology, Entertainment and Design) is a global series of conferences that aim to present "ideas worth sharing" in which speakers are given a maximum of 18 minutes to introduce an idea. Geeky-girly Innovation author Morinosuke Kawaguchi's "Why we Japanese love to humanize everything" was at TED Tokyo in June, but is picking up more traction now.
