"Race Queen of the Year 11-12", the award for the Japanese race queen who made the biggest impact from late 2011 through 2012, has announced its new queen in Tokyo on September 11. The new queen was Saki Tachibana, one of the three race gals of Goodsmile Racing team featuring Hatsune Miku. She has been working with the team for three consecutive years and especially famous for her Hatsune Miku-inspired costumes. She has also won the second annual Japan Race Queen Award in January. So there is no doubt that she is the most popular race queen in Japan now, perhaps thanks to Miku-san?
