I don't know about you all, but New Super Mario Bros. 2 left me feeling pretty cold. Our own Nate Ming had a better experience, and your mileage may vary, but I'm still filled with hope when it comes to New Super Mario Bros. U.
The Wii U launch title lets five players play at once, with four using Wii remotes while the fifth manipulates the environment with the GamePad. That, Challenge Mode, and Boost Rush Mode are all on display in the new trailer below.
Challenge Mode tasks players with completing trials, while Boost Rush Mode is on-rails platforming that's all about cooperative speed runs. The more coins you collect, the faster you run. New Super Mario Bros. U will be available when Wii U hits stores on November 18.
