VIDEO: English Subtitled "Magi" Trailer

Arabian Nights anime streams on Crunchyroll starting October 10, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific

With Magi: the Labyrinth of Magic set to start streaming on places like Crunchyroll on October 10th, Aniplex USA has shared an English subtitled preview of the Arabian Nights fall anime. 



The story follows the travels of a boy named Aladdin around a strange land in which mysterious ruins called Dungeons are said to house priceless treasures. Together with Alibaba, a friend he met during his travels, Aladdin strives to conquer all of the Dungeons and obtain their treasures. Through all the meetings and partings he experiences along the way, Aladdin will also learn of his own fate...


Magi will be available to Crunchyroll’s audience in the following territories: United States, Canada, and South Africa.


Koji Masunari (Read or Die, Kamichu!, Welcome to the Space Show) will be directing the A-1 Pictures' (Blue Exorcist, Anohana, [email protected]and Space Brothersproduction, with Code Geass/My-Hime's Hiroyuki Yoshino (plus Accel World and Guilty Crown more recently) doing series composition writing. 


Toshifumi Akai (And Yet the Town Moves opening, Birdy the Mighty Decode) is the character designer/animation director, while veteran Takashi Hashimoto (Project A-ko, Macross Plus) is handling the effects. Ayu Kawamoto (No. 6, Durarara!!) is on art director duties.
