"Scribblenauts Unlimited" Features Mario and Other Nintendo Stars

5th Cell's wordplay platformer lands on Wii U at launch

Scribblenauts Unlimited is one of the titles joining Wii U's healthy launch lineup, and there's a special treat in store for Nintendo fans. Developer 5th Cell has partnered with Nintendo to throw in a bunch of the company's star players, including Mario, Luigi, Link, Zelda, and more.

Nintendo's stable of heroes won't just be standing around doing nothing while you solve puzzles with tons of word-summoned creations. The press release says that "Discovered Nintendo characters and objects will behave in the fun and fantastical ways they do in their respective worlds."

We'll see how they behave in-game when Scribblenauts Unlimited arrives on Wii U's November 18 launch day.
